Q: I'm not satisfied with my product can I return?

A: We can only take returns for items that are unopened and in original packaging.  Please send us a request on the contact us page, and we will reply within 48hours, on how to return the item. 

Q: Do we have a physical store?

A: As of now not yet, hopefully with time we can expand and finally meet all of you in person. 

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Your order will be processed by the next day. We offer free standard shipping (3-9 business days) with any purchases over $75 within Canada and United States. You can also arrange local pick up Markham Area, for free. Just reach out on our contact form, and we will get back to you within 48hours. 

Q: Where are your products sourced?

A: All of our products are source from a reliable supplier from South Korea!
